STRATHSPEY STEAM RAILWAY & DISTILLERY TOUR
Boarding the steam train at Broomhill this morning we travel to Aviemore aboard the Victorian carriages and through some impressive Speyside scenery. Your afternoon will be spent visiting a local distillery for a guided tour and tasting. Explore the malting process and enjoy a wee Dram before we return to Nethybridge Hotel in time for our evening meal in the restaurant.
SPEYSIDE & MORAY TOUR
This morning we travel north to visit the Royal Burgh of Elgin. Explore the towns attractions such as the Museum & ancient Cathedral or there’s plenty of shops too. We then take the stunning coastal route along through Lossiemouth, Hopeman & Burghhead passing some of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast. We stop in Nairn for some time before travelling back to the hotel in Nethy Bridge.
DUNROBIN CASTLE & DORNOCH
Enjoy a morning to yourself to explore the lovely spa village of Strathpeffer. In the afternoon we take a short trip to visit Dunrobin Castle. Dating back to the 1300’s, the mighty Dunrobin Castle sits on a high terrace overlooking the North Sea, and you will have plenty of time here to enjoy the stunning interior rooms and gardens this morning. We also have a stop in Golpsie where you can enjoy a walk through the old town or on the beautiful beach before returning to the hotel.
