City of Chester

Enjoy the delightful city of Chester on your day of leisure and discover its beautiful parks, castle and cathedral. There are also plenty of unique gift shops, cafes and restaurants to sample as well. Chester was founded as a Roman fortress in 1st Century and still has many signs of this time including its walls that surround the city, and impressive amphitheatre which would have housed 7000 spectators in its day. And don't miss the town criers proclamation at Bridge Street midday!



A full day excursion to the city of Liverpool where you can explore the many museums, art galleries and shops in the city centre. The city has many famous landmarks and some of the most wonderful architecture to be found in any English city including the imposing Cathedral where you can enjoy the 360° views of Liverpool from its rooftop - on a clear day you can see Blackpool! The Albert Dock is not to be missed with attractions such as The Beatles Story, Tate Liverpool Art Gallery, The Merseyside Maritime Museum and International Slavery Museum. Plenty to keep you busy for the day!



Today we travel to the beautiful region in North Wales and enjoy a day in the seaside resort of Llandudno. Enjoy a walk along the promenade and visit some of the towns many attractions including the Great Orme with its cable hauled tramway, the impressive pier built by the Victorians and browse the many local shops and restaurants before returning to Chester to the hotel in time for your delicious evening meal.
