ARRIVAL
Begin your festivities with a glass of bubbly on arrival at the Salutation Hotel in Perth followed by a delicious dinner and Christmas Carols sung by the Salvation Army Choir in the Moncrieffe Suite and entertainment to follow.
CHRISTMAS EVE
After breakfast join the coach for a lovely scenic excursion to Pitlochry, returning to the hotel in time for Afternoon Tea & treats from 3.00pm. In the evening, there will be a drinks reception before a splendid 3-course Scottish Themed dinner and some festive fun and prizes. Tonight there is Scottish Music from Tommy Newcomen. For those attending Midnight Service there will be tea, coffee & mince pies served beside the fire upon your return.
CHRISTMAS DAY
MERRY CHRISTMAS! Welcome in Christmas Day by enjoying a leisurely Scottish breakfast. A Traditional Christmas Day lunch is served this afternoon along with a glass of bubbly, when Santa will arrive with a gift for everyone. The Queen's Speech is followed by Tea & Christmas Cake. Festivities commence in the evening with a cold buffet being served then relax in the bar area.
BOXING DAY
After breakfast enjoy a few hours in the morning for shopping in Perth followed by Homemade Broth & Sandwiches in the hotel at 12 noon, and in the afternoon a leisurely trip to St Andrews for a few hours before returning to the hotel for an evening of live entertainment, music and dancing after your delicious 3-course dinner.
THE SALUTATION HOTEL - PERTH
The oldest established hotel in Scotland, the Salutation has been welcoming guests through its doors since 1699. One of the most famous patrons to sample our hospitality was Bonnie Price Charlie who stayed here in 1745, at the height of his struggle to regain the throne for the Stuart Kings.
