TUES 30TH:
Arrive at the Alexandra Hotel in the heart of Fort William and kick off the celebrations with a welcome drinks reception before your delicious 3-course dinner served in the Linnhe Restaurant followed by an evening of live entertainment.
WED 31ST : HOGMANAY
After a full Scottish breakfast in the hotel this morning, join the coach for an excursion to the coastal town of Oban. The town itself lies in a crescent occupying the hills surrounding Oban Bay and is a busy town with cafes and restaurants, and wide selection of activities and attractions such as McCaig’s Tower, the Colosseum lookalike which stands above the town and features in many of the postcards to be found on George Street and Oban Distillery. For those who wish to stay in the hotel today, you can enjoy exploring Fort William at leisure and a light lunch of soup & sandwiches in the hotel. Evening celebrations beginning with a drinks reception, followed by a fabulous Gala Hogmanay Dinner. Then be treated to a traditional Scottish Ceilidh in the evening and a complimentary glass of bubbly or dram at the Bells!
THURS 1ST: NEW YEARS DAY
After a long lie before a delicious Scottish breakfast served until 11am, enjoy a day of leisure in Fort William. In the afternoon a light finger buffet is served and another night of fun is in store, with live entertainment from Paula MacAskill to follow your sumptuous 3 course d'hote dinner.
FRI 2ND:
Aafter a hreaty Scottish breakfast in the hotel we rejoin our fellow passengers and enjoy the coach journey back home today.
