Today we visit Rosslyn Chapel, made famous by Dan Brown’s novel The Da Vinci Code. The building stands perched above the River North Esk just outside Edinburgh, and has done so since 1446. Still a place of worship today, the chapel is shrouded in mystery with links to the Knights Templar and Holy Grail. After a guided tour of the beautiful carvings in the Chapel and time for a refreshment in the onsite cafe, we travel to the beautiful borders town of Peebles where you will have time for some shopping and browsing the sights here and then enjoy a delicious High Tea in a local hotel.
