RHS Sandringham Flower Show & Norfolk Broads

After boarding the coach we travel to the North of England for our overnight stay in the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate. Enjoy your evening meal and relax in the bar lounge this evening.

THUR

After a full English breakfast, we continue our journey south this morning and enjoy a visit to the Royal retreat of Sandringham for the RHS Flower Show. Expect coastal-inspired show gardens, fruit and vegetable competitions and fabulous florals, all nestled within this royal countryside setting. Later today we arrive at the Sprowston Manor Hotel in Norfolk for the first of your 4 nights stay.  This 16th century manor house is a captivating countryside retreat, which offers spa facilities, a round of golf on its own course, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Hotel rooms and suites boast a variety of helpful amenities, while many feature views of the surrounding landscaped gardens. 

FRI

An excursion to visit the seaside town of Great Yarmouth today. Enjoy a full day exploring the town at your leisure, grab some fish & chips and wander the promenade, explore the shops and amusements, Merrivale Model Village, or more historical sites such as Elizabethan House Museum and Tolhouse Museums. So much to see here you will need your comfy shoes on today! 

SAT

Today we explore the Norfolk Broads, a national park with over 125 miles of waterways, beautiful countryside. Here we enjoy a delightful cruise, admiring the scenery from the water. Our cruise is aboard the Southern Comfort Mississippi Paddle Boat, which provides us with a memorable experience accompanied by expert commentary. Take in the views from the top deck, or relax in the plush lounge on the lower deck which has a fully stocked bar with drinks, snacks and souvenirs available.

SUN
A full day at leisure to explore the City of Norwich today. With its cobbled streets and modern shops it really is a mix of old and new. Enjoy a day at leisure to explore all the wonderful sights, or simply enjoy relaxing in the beautiful Sprowston Manor Hotel. ( Driver’s rest day - transport to Norwich City Centre not included)

MON

We begin our return journey back to Scotland today after breakfast, leaving Norfolk in the morning with a stop in Lincoln where you have time to grab some lunch and explore the stunning Cathedral city. After a few hours to explore we continue our journey north and our arrive at the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate late afternoon for the last night of your holiday.

TUES

Enjoy a lovely English breakfast before we return on the coach for the homeward journey.
