This morning we travel across the beautiful Yorkshire Dales to visit the bustling market town of Skipton. Known at the Gateway to the Dales, the town offers much to see including unique shops and 13th century castle. The town’s outdoor market is held every Wednesday in High Street and offer everything from delicious local produce to arts and crafts galore. You will definitely come away with a bargain from Yorkshire after this visit!
SOUTHPORT
After breakfast we travel to the nearby seaside resort of Southport today. This beautiful Victorian town offers much to the discerning traveller such as beautiful sandy beaches, the Grand Pier and the wonderful architectural buildings on Lord Street, also great for a spot of shopping. Enjoy exploring at your leisure here before we return to Blackpool in time for our delicious evening meal.
