NORTH COAST 500
After a hearty Scottish breakfast in the Ben Wyvis Hotel, we depart this morning for our scenic exursion through Wester Ross visiting some of the most popular and picturesque points on the North Coast 500 - Ullapool & Gairloch. Travel through the stunning Highland glens watching out for eagles and red deer arund every turn, before being graced with the beautiful sight of Loch Broom and Ullapool resting on its banks. Explore this picturesque Highland town and enjoy the shops and restuarants before we travel south along the banks of Loch Ewe to Gairloch. Enjoy time to wander along the white sandy beach and the take in the views over to Skye & Raasay, or why not visit the Heritage Museum to learn about the area. We return to the hotel in time for evening meal.
DORNOCH
Enjoy a morning to yourself to explore the lovely seaside town of Dornoch where can relax on the beach or hit the shops.
ISLE OF SKYE & PORTREE
The coach will travel through the unspoilt West Highland landscapes of Strath Bran and Glen Carron before we cross over the sea to the Isle of Skye. Soak up the views of the Inner Sound, Scalpay & Raasay before arriving in the harbour town of Portree. Here you will have time to sample the local shops and attractions here.
