DAY 1
This morning join your fellow passengers on the coach and travel south today for our overnight stay in a lovely 3 star hotel close to our crossing point to Ireland. Enjoy a restful night here before our journey on the ferry the following day to Dublin from Holyhead.
DAY 2
Join the coach this morning for the crossing to Dublin. This energetic and vibrant city offers visitors a combination of historic architecture, great shopping and restaurants, and plenty of Irish charm. You will have the rest of your day to explore all the city has to offer before we travel to your hotel in Dublin, which will be your comfortable accommodation for the next 4 nights.
DAY 3
We visit the ancient city of Waterford this morning. Set on the banks of the River Suir, this vibrant and lively little city is the oldest in Ireland and is full of shops, traditional bars and pubs, and lots of attractions including the famous House of Waterford Crystal, Bishops Palace, Irish Museum of Time and Reginalds Tower. Enjoy your day here to explore and enjoy this beautiful Irish city.
DAY 4
Enjoy the wonderful scenic excursion today as we travel across Ireland to visit Kilkenny. Known as the ‘marble city’ you will instantly be welcomed into this delightful Irish place, with its medieval castle overlooking the River Nore. Explore at your leisure and enjoy visiting some of its many sights which include Rothe House & Gardens, St Canice’s Cathedral and St Mary’s Medieval Mile Museum to name a few. There are also many high street shops and restaurants here for you to enjoy before we return to the hotel in Wicklow in time for dinner.
DAY 5
Enjoy a wee day at leisure in Bray, known as the Gateway to the Garden of Ireland. Enjoy the seaside resort which is packed full of heritage, with a bustling Main Street and vibrant art culture. Spend your day exploring the long sandy beach and Bray Head walks.
DAY 6
This morning we travel to Dublin where we catch the ferry for the crossing to Holyhead. Enjoy the facilities onboard the Stena Line ship and disembark in the afternoon. We travel to our hotel for the evening which will provide comfortable accommodation and delicious meals for your last evening of the Irish holiday.
DAY 7
Enjoy the return journey back home after breakfast.
