FRI: Join the coach this morning and journey towards Perth. Arrive at the Salutation Hotel and enjoy your arrival drink followed by a delicious 3-course dinner and entertainment.
SAT: This morning we enjoy an visit to Scone Palace - once the seat of parliaments and crowning place of Scottish Kings. Follow in the footsteps of 42 Monarchs and explore the magnificent State Rooms, see where Victoria & Albert once dined during 1842, and marvel at the rare artifacts which are still to this day intact and cared for by the Earl of Mansfield. Explore the grounds also, with its Walled Garden, Murray Star Maze and site of the former Abbey of Scone. In the afternoon, we journey back into the ‘Fair City’ and visit the newly renovated Perth Museum. This world-class heritage attraction is a new home to many of the UK’s significant historical finds, among which is the Stone of Destiny. Discover more about its long and dramatic history and its return to Scotland after 700 years south of the border. Return to the hotel and enjoy a delicious evening meal followed by entertainment.
SUN: After a hearty breakfast and some time at leisure in Perth, join the coach as we depart the City at lunchtime and return back home.
