LAKES CRUISE, BOWNESS & CARTMEL
Today after breakfast you can explore one of the Lake District’s most loved spots - Bowness-On-Windermere. Set on the bank of Lake Windermere the town has everything you can image, lovely gift shops, woodland walks, cafes & restaurants to enjoy before your 1 hour cruise on the lake. At this time of year the Autumn colours will be so vibrant and after your cruise, we travel to nearby Cartmel - a medieval village and home of sticky toffee pudding.
KESWICK, GRASMERE, AMBLESIDE
A day full of breathtaking scenery as you tour through the stunning Lake District and enjoy visits to some of the most popular towns in the area including Ambleside, Grasmere & Keswick. The lovely town of Ambleside sits at the top of Lake Windermere and is full of lovely shops to explore, along with the stunning scenery. In Grasmere as well you can explore the little shops and then onto Keswick where you have a few hours at leisure to soak up the vistas and time to explore at leisure.
KENDAL & GRANGE-OVER-SANDS
This morning we travel to the lovely market town of Kendal in the Lakes. You can explore here at your leisure. After time here we return to Grange where you can explore the Edwardian shops, ornamental gardens and promenade of this beautiful historic town.
