After joining the coach we arrive in Dunkeld  where you are welcomed into the Royal Hotel after your journey. Enjoy your delicious 3-course dinner in the restaurant before taking the coach on the short journey to Pitlochry where you can explore and enjoy The Enchanted Forest in nearby Faskally Wood. 

The Enchanted Forest is a dazzling spectacle set in the backdrop of a magical autumnal woodland where you can enjoy the Award-winning light displays set against original music. You have hours to spend wandering through the well-lit forest tracks, and will be amazed at this unique and special visitor experience.

Enjoy your breakfast the following morning in the hotel before some time to spend in Dunkeld then we begin the return journey home early afternoon.

This former coaching inn is now a comfortable, modern hotel, offering en suite accommodation, free on-site parking and free wireless internet access in the public areas. Dunkeld is located in some of the area’s most beautiful countryside and the Royal Dunkeld Hotel makes a great base from which to explore the region. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, TVs, radios, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, trouser presses and telephones. The Woodlands Bistro offers an innovative menu, which changes daily to reflect the finest, freshest seasonal produce available locally. There is an extensive wine list and a wide range of liqueurs and whiskies to complement your meal. The Woodlands Bar has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and offers an extensive lunch and supper menu. The traditional 1809 bar has an open fireplace and a pool room with a dartboard.

The building does not have a lift and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
